Juliette Delventhal is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 140912) providing integrative psychotherapy to individuals and couples in our Mill Valley and San Francisco locations, as well as via telehealth (Zoom) for California residents. Juliette has additional training and experience in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focussed Therapy for Couples (EFT), and Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT).
Juliette has worked in diverse clinical settings. After earning her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, she gained experience at Haight Ashbury Psychological Services in San Francisco, and the Child Abuse Treatment Program in Marin County. Juliette approaches her work in an individualized manner, trusting each client’s inner wisdom and capacity to heal.
Before pursuing a career as a Marriage and Family Therapist, Juliette worked for 15 years as a chef and kitchen manager in restaurants and retreat centers around the Bay Area, most recently at Spirit Rock Meditation Center in Marin County, CA. Juliette’s experience working in the service industry, alongside people of all ages and backgrounds, deeply informs her collaborative, culturally attuned, strengths-based approach to working with her clients.
