Molly Sosnaud, AMFT
Molly (she/her) is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT 141047) specializing in talk, play, and expressive arts therapy. She works with children and teens, adults, parents, and families. Her approach centers her clients’ strengths, and she integrates varying modalities to ensure that they feel seen, heard and valued. Molly practices in our San Francisco office and offers online sessions via Zoom for California residents.
Prior to joining the Headlands Group, Molly worked with K-5 students and their families at the Daly City Youth Health Center. She has been an early childhood educator for over fifteen years, most recently as a Master Teacher at the Cow Hollow School, a Constructivist and Reggio Emilia-inspired preschool in San Francisco. She has served as Director of both the BabyTalk and ToddlerTalk programs of the Cow Hollow School, working to educate parents and teachers on the myriad and nuanced ways young children express themselves, verbally and nonverbally, and how adults can better communicate with them.
Molly’s work with parents and families as an educator inspired her to enter the mental health field to support clients with understanding and processing emotions, emotional regulation, coping skills, life transitions, and relationships.
